7. Shipping & Delivery

Nexus BioLabs ships within Australia. Free shipping is available on orders over $150 AUD. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products and strict quality control requirements, returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to report any issues. Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion after verification. Opened or used products cannot be returned.
